New Weight Loss Plan

We don't blog about weight loss here, but a "new" fool-proof plan has surfaced that deserves attention. I've lost 12 pounds in three weeks by following this strict and regimented plan.
  1. Eat Less (eat some veggies, though)
  2. Drink Less Beer (this is a tough one)
  3. Exercise More (it's the easiest one)

What's this? Another blog about what you PLAN to do? I'd argue the exercise more take in good beer carbs route. Stop drinking beer made from rice (ie Coors, Bud, and the lights) and go for good carbs from Malt(Fat Tire, Michelob, any porter). It may not work but, hey, it sounds more scientific!
