Quick Fix 1

Fixed an overhead screen with packing tape this afternoon. It doesn't stand a chance of working. Oh well. My engineering degree from Jerryrig University has already been conferred.

They can't have it back.

Workout 4 is History

That was sure fun. Uggh. Added pull-ups to the circuit.

Workouts

I have my 4th workout with Perform-X this afternoon. The first three have been nothing short of humiliatingly tough. It's good for me. Bad for my already delicate ego, but good for me.

Apparently, before yesterday, I was one of about three people on planet Earth that was NOT on Facebook. Now I'm on--and I really think that it's a full-time job just maintaining your presence there. Oh well, teaching, doctoral work, coaching and reffing were easy! :-)
