Saturday was long.
I coached basketball practice from 8:00-9:30 AM; drove 1.5 hours to officiate a 1:30 PM high school football game; drove back home to attend a 4-hour Top Cat and Tails function by the LC Humane Society with the wife. Back home at 11:00 PM.
Longest. Day. Of my life.

Ryan Longwell's Cousin
I want to observe the 50 Word Cap at all costs, even for good stories. Therefore, I will refer you to my Dead Blog Foul entry for a story about Ryan Longwell's cousin. It's worth the 90 second read time. Click here to check out the post.

New Weight Loss Plan
We don't blog about weight loss here, but a "new" fool-proof plan has surfaced that deserves attention. I've lost 12 pounds in three weeks by following this strict and regimented plan.
- Eat Less (eat some veggies, though)
- Drink Less Beer (this is a tough one)
- Exercise More (it's the easiest one)

Hitachi 50 Inch Plasma HDTV
It's been nearly 2 months since we purchased the Hitachi 50-inch Plasma HDTV. My lovely wife refers to it as the "ridiculously large TV". She wanted a 42-inch HDTV.
Please. Don't waste my time.
This baby is a monster, and it is stunning to watch. Life is good.

Pickup Basketball
I played 4 games of basketball tonight that seemed like 10. Halfway through, I looked more like I just jumped in a swimming pool fully clothed, than a guy who was playing basketball.
I finished most of my shots inside, but I need still need more shooting practice.

Celtics Trade for the Big Ticket is Too Convenient
I'm astonished. I haven't read it anywhere. KG's Big Bus Ticket out of town comes at a rather convenient time for the NBA. As the league is mired in the referee gambling scandal, it's nice that two former Celtic teammates could conspire work together on pointing the national media in a different direction a deal that works for both franchises.

Snipshot: Great Photo Web-Editor
Snipshot is a simple, but great, web-based photo editor. It has basic tools like resize, crop, rotate, enhance, and adjust (saturation, sharpness, etc.). It also has a Firefox Add-on. Best of all, there's no registration.
It receives the prestigious 0 Manuals (the lower, the better) on our DUH! Scale.

Background Fixed
Now that the background is fixed (at least for now), the header is moved over to left-align, and a picture of Zane, our yellow dog, is posted, I can relax.
Long time, no blog
It's been a while since I've blogged, I will blog some here and there as I see opportunities to reflect on the world according to men (or at least this one). The first order of business is to fix the background on the blog.
Cool, I like toscrew up fix things.
Cool, I like to
